Refund And Cancellation

At Iara Business Consulting, we provide high-quality consulting and digital services. Because our services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

1. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

Clients may request a refund only before any consulting work, research, preparation, or digital deliverables have started.
If no work has begun, a full refund will be issued. 

Processing Time: Please note that refunds may take 3 to 14 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider and banking processes.

2. No Refunds After Work Has Started

Once consulting work begins including research, strategy development, meetings, or digital deliverables services are considered in progress and non-refundable.

3. Digital Deliverables

Any digital services, documents, reports, or strategies delivered or accessed are non-refundable.

4. Missed or Rescheduled Sessions

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

5. Quality Issues 

If a client believes there is an issue with the service, they must contact us within 7 days. We will work in good faith to clarify or revise the service where appropriate.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us before filing a dispute with their bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.
